Dana Bash and CNN interrupts Trump’s Oval Office Press to tell viewers network ‘does not hate our country’

CNN Dana Bash’s anchor interrupted the direct coverage of President Trump’s Oval Office on Monday to postpone against his claims that reporters on Warner Bros. Discovery owned “hate our country”.

“I just want to say about the record, after hearing that President Trump says in the Oval office that CNN hates our country – CNN does not hate our country,” he told the viewers after Trump warned.

“That must go without saying.”

Bash added: “I’ve been here for 32 years and see a rhetorical device in it trying to say such a thing.”

Bash shortened on the direct cover of Trump’s Oval Office on Monday after the president launched a host of attacks on CNN and reporter Kaitlan Collins during a controversial exchange over the fate of Kilmar Abrego Garcia – a Salvadoran man who ruled was wrongly expelled.

The exchange occurred during a meeting between Trump and the President of El Salvador Nayib Bukele.

When Collins tried to ask about Abrego Garcia who remains imprisoned in El Salvador despite a US Supreme Court ruling that ordered the US to facilitate his return-Trump opened with a mocking block: “Let’s hear the question of this highly rated CB. Rate with low value!”

Collins asked, “Do you plan to ask President Buklele to help return the man for whom your administration says he was incorrectly interned in El Salvador?”

Instead of responding directly, Trump gave the floor to the Prosecutor General Pam Bondi and Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller.

After both officials spoke, Trump only intervened to pretend, “CNN is completely steep because they do not know what is happening. That is why no one looks at them.”

Collins press again, repeating her question and turning directly to Bukele to ask if he would send Abrego Garcia again.

Bukele responded by saying that he would not “smuggle a terrorist in the United States”, making Trump add, “They would like to have a criminal, you know, released in our country. They would love him. They are – they are sick people.”

State Secretary Marco Rubio and Miller continued to rebuke Collins, but she reminded the room that Trump had previously said he would follow the court orders demanding that individuals mistakenly interpreted to return.

“Why don’t you simply say,” Isn’t it wonderful that we are keeping criminals abroad outside our country “?” Trump shot again.

“Why can’t you say that? Why do you go on, and that is why no one looks at you anymore, knows, you have no credibility.”

“CNN is completely steep because they don’t know what’s going on. That’s why no one looks at them,” Trump said. Apea

With the escalation of the exchange, “within CNN politics” left the source of the Oval Office.

Bash quickly addressed the moment: “Well, we have heard a long LIVE press conference inside the Oval office with the leader of El Salvador, Bukele, where we have heard a lot of information, a lot of news that we want to finally concentrate – many of some misinformation.”

Before returning to her panel, Bash withdrew against Trump’s wider charge.
