Former Vice President Kamala Harris engaged in a “dark art operation” to underestimate other potential friends for former President Joe Biden in the 2020 elections, according to a new book.
The book, “War: Within the wildest battle for the White House”, published April 1 by William Morrow and Company, claims Harris spreads unfavorable information about other vice presidential choices for Biden.
“In 2020, when she defeated a crowded field to join Biden’s ticket, Harris Advizisers conducted a dark arts surgery to undermine competition, circulating negative information about its rivals,” write Jonathan Allen of NBC News and Amie Parnes of Hill.
Specifically, the book singled out Los Angeles President Karen Bass, former US Ambassador to United Nations Susan Rice, former Gubernatorial Georgia Candidate Stacey Abrams and Governor of Michigan Gretchen Whitmer.

The book did not reject in the specifics Harris took to underestimate her opponents as everyone was done with the nomination of the vice president.
But every step Harris took to undermine those women did not harm their relationships enough to stop them from supporting it in the 2024 elections.
Bass approved Harris, and both Whitmer and Abrams appeared at Harris campaign events in 2024. Moreover, Rice also defended Harris in July after Rep. Ted Burchett, R-Ttenn., He described Harris as a “dei hire”. Rice described the comment as “too insulting” in an interview with CNN.
Harris, who previously served as a Senator from California, has signed with CAA speakers, who represents high profile celebrities. Caa did not immediately respond to a commentary request from Fox News Digital.
“Fight” chronicles of how President Donald Trump secured the White House for a second term. Allen and Parne conducted interviews with more than 150 political interior for the book, according to the description of the book.
The book also details how former President Barack Obama remained careful to support Harris in the 2024 elections to replace Biden, amid concerns about his mental ability. Likewise, the book shares that Obama suspected Biden’s political abilities as the race withdrew.
